don't you have the HP2 calipers?
if so, then either Tire Rack or ECS Tuning will have them. I think I got my fronts at Tire Rack since they have them with the wear indicators and the rears at ECS

Some late 2001 cars have a different offset to the disk...
The disk part number is 4B3 615 301, pads 4B3 698 151. I had to order a special rotor to match this part from DBA because Zimmerman doesn't make one to fit my car. Give the dealer your VIN, and they can look it up.

Stoney - is the part # you listed for the 22.7 or 16.7mm offset?
Just confirmed with the dealer that mine uses 4B3-615-301, which I *think* is the 22.7 offset. ECS Tuning just lists them by offset, not by corresponding part #
