If you can replace the air filter element, then you can do the MAF. I don't recall seeing a DIY for the MAF. Once you look under the hood, it becomes obvious how easy it is.

CLICK

quick instructions on how to change (only one on our cars).
The first piece to remove is the square accordian connector between the air box and the air inlet on the front core support. I just pops off if you wiggle it back and forth. The next piece removed is the plastic cover on top of the air box. It pulls straight up and off. Now you take out the aribox. There is a 10mm bolt on the top left that goes into the top part of the fender. Take that out. Next, take the rubber air hose of the front of the aribox. I believe it unscrews counter clockwise (top turns toward passenger side fender). Remove the hard plastic line from the clip that is next to the exhaust manifold on the airbox. Pull the solenoid loose that lays on top of the airbox. It is basically held on by the rubber that surrounds it. Pull it off the plastic tab on the aribox and lay out of the way. Unscrew the hose clamp between the MAF and the intake manifold and split the hose connection to the MAF. Disconnect the MAF from the wiring harness. I think at this point you can pull the airbox/MAF straight up and out. With the airbox out of the car, you need a small torx bit to get the two screws loose that hold the MAF onto the airbox. Sorry, I don't remember the size offhand. It's the last one in 1/4" of the set before they go up to 3/8th's drive. Pull the old MAF off, put the new one on, reinstall the torx screws, and go through the rest of the directions backwards to reassemble. It's pretty straight forward. I'd let the car cool with the hood open for a couple of hours as the airbox is right by the exhaust and the whole side of the car is pretty warm. Hope this is accurate as it's the best I can remember without looking at the car. Good luck.
