a bit of figuring out, even with Paul W's excellent instructions (Audipages.com). Once I knew what I was doing and how to best do it the second side was a breeze - old pads out and new pads in within 20 minutes. I did chip a bit of the paint off the caliper so tomorrow I'll have to touch that up :-(
