For those following, I installed the modified cumper supports and bumper assembly this weekend. The frontend still needs some adjusting, but I need to pull all the panels for paint anyhow so that can wait. Anyhow, here it is...save for the tri-colors, dented hood, and dirtiness....it looks damn nice IMO:

What model do you have?
I wanted do buy this one as replacement for my torn bumper. I did not see any openings for headlight washer nozzles...

Also did all the grids in the lower bumper and the fog lights fit back in?

I wanted to do something similar with my 2000 Avant A6 quattro, but got scared away, since the seller could not guarantee the fit...

Please let me know details of your mods....
