YAHOO! Got my RNS-E DVD Navigation installed in my '02 100% functional (including Dash)!!!!!!!!!!!!
All I have to say is WOW. This system is as good if not better than any of the aftermarket systems. Matches the '02+ interior, and the screen is awesome. The ENTIRE installation took me about 15 minutes, and a small screwdriver, but I have done a LOT of installs in and out of my car - I tested all the Nav+ I imported. It plays MP3 DVD's, CD's, and MP3's off off up to TWO SD Cards (I have 1GB cards, and it took them fine). I have no trouble with FM, but the classical AM problem is still there. Lastly - I have the dash 100% functional too! I'll post some pics later. I had a Nav+, but WOW the audio is much better than the older Nav+ (which is better than the Symphony 1+2). My highs are much brighter (I have BOSE) and my middle is not muddy, and the lows are nice an boomy and not muddy. Great investment. Now, all I have to decide is where to mount the antenna and to wire up some DVD inputs.
