I doubt it. S6 hood (due to V8) is 2 inches longer than standard A6 hood.

lights could be transferred but they need the level sensors from the front and rear suspension to ensure the alignment is correct at all times or they will be illegal to use. To transfer all of this is not practical.

The bonnet (hood) and front bumber are different and will not fit.

and will only fit post-facelift cars (either 4.2 models or other models 2002+). The shape of the fenders and hood are different pre- and post-facelift.
