For reference and an update: problem regarding the trunk release button on the pillar
I did a search and i noticed that a few people had the button just "pop" out for no apparent reason. This happened to me and i had a hard time finding the model number. I stopped by the stealership parts department and they found it for me. The model number is 4BO-959-831-A-B98 Button. The list price is $18.52 (at Life Quality). The button is really easy to replace after the middle part pops out. I took a small plier and just sort of yanked it. I detached the plug and plugged the new one in...literally 10 seconds. Anyway, I hope this doesn't happen to anyone but if it does you now have the part number and know that it's the easiest thing in the world to replace.

I had three broken the same way between the trunk release and ...
... the motion sensor defeat switches. One was replaced under warranty and broke again. I don't use those switches often and I think they are just poorly made. Just leave the spring out and push the buttons back in place. Both switches have been working fine.
