Anyone remove the driver's side window switch module? Bentley is not very helpful.
I have since removed the door panel and realized you can't get at it from the back, so I'm stuck having to remove the switch module per the Bentley CD. (I'm trying to troubleshoot the rear window switches in permanently-disabled mode, regardless of the position of the lock out switch up front.)
The illustration on the CD is not very clear and I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be feeling with the screwdriver. I'm wondering if, with proper protection of the surrounding plastics, I can pry it up from above? I'd hate to destroy it in the process, though.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This picture doesn't appear to show any screws.
In the past on Audi's you pry up at the front edge and the unit slides out. Usually don't have to pop the top off.
Again, I haven't done this on my A6 yet but above is what I would try.

Be very careful if you are prying it out.
When the dealership was fixing my broken window switch, they damaged the door handle trim and ended up having to order one and replace for me.

I had to do it recently....it's a simple thing
If you follow your Bentley, it will suggest putting a scredriver into the hole, just apply pressure towards the direction of the hole/screwdriver and it should push in a tab, then use a small flathead and pry the switch out from the top.
My rear seats were in premanant disabled mode too, which I then replaced with a new switch. It works like a charm now.
