Default Just installed RS6 Sport Exhaust on 2000 A6 4.2L..with no problems..
Borla East did the installation in about 1-1/2 hrs. Everything lined up perfectly and all that was needed were two adapter sleeves. The car now sounds like it has power to spare with a deep throaty growl. At cruising speeds it's hardly noticeable, but step on the throttle and it roars (but not too obtrusive.) I'll post pics soon so everyone can see how I cut through the back bumper ... I'm told that it looks very OEM.

Default If you have to ask...you can't afford it......
Just kidding...I picked it up on eBay from a Speed Tuning shop in CT for $450. They had just modified an RS6 with an aftermarket exhaust and had no use for this one. It only had about 500 miles on it, so needly to say...it looks brand spankin new...lucky for me.

it sounds like speed sport in Norwalk.. they do a lot of RS6's

It came in 3 pieces..cat-back resonators and two mufflers.

Default Other than powerful sounding, any butt dyno impressions/comments etc?...
Hard to believe the stock system is so restrictive and Audi would forgo easy hp/torque/fun etc. Does the car have extra power or does it just sound like it has power to spare? Not being facetious!
