OK first quick fix is the windows. Do each one one at a time. Roll one down a few inches, then roll it all the way up. After it comes to it's stop let go of the switch and then hold it up again for maybe 2 seconds. That will reset your pinch protection. Do each window, like I said, one at a time. Radio, I'm going to assume you turn it on and it says SAFE on it. You need to get out your owners manual for the radio find the unlock directions. There is a 4 digit code. You will need that code to get the radio out of safe. Many times the code is on the inside of the radio manual on the first page. If you do not have the code do not pick one at random. Go to your local Audi dealer, have the radio removed and they will get the code for you. If you enter the code wrong twice it will lock the radio. As far as the dieing out, you may just need to reset the throttle adaption which you will need a VAG for or see the dealer for. Some cars are real finicky when the battery is disconnected and they won't run right untill it's done. If you are in the Chicagoland area I can do it for you. Good luck.
