Loose = fast in NASCAR, but could also mean into a ditch real fast.
Understeer is a safer mode than oversteer, so most cars (even Porsches) have designed-in oversteer.
Audis are so front-heavy that understeer might be a permanent preference. From what I've heard here, even the stiffer H-Sport setting does not create oversteer.

The inner mount point is the firm one (there will be instructions).
Here is the rear mounted with the soft setting:

Makes sense...
and consistent with Larry's statements. I actually thought of it the other way... Avants are heavier it the rear, and the stock rear bar may not be up to controlling the extra weight, (assuming it's the same bar as the sedan). In this case, the stiffer setting is needed to get back to where it "should" be.
