I have a 2003 2.7 A6 I got the ext. warranty because of the two turbos

Warrantech Repair Master "Ultimate" plan...

Contract specically indicates that cam related items (incl seals/gaskets) and the instrument cluster would be covered. See a more recent Post (above) about these very items NOT being covered. Thats why I asked which plan. Never saw a negative Post on Warrantech. I'm in CA so other programs such as Warranty Gold weren't available to me.
