Default Finer things (please enjoy)

Cross posting, for those who would enjoy the pictures.

All stainless 304, # inch .60 wall thickness tubing, (Aftermarket uses .030 wall typically, and even the stock systems use the thinner material. The thinner the wall, the more you'll fight resonance) the thicker material removes the "tin" sound that the mass produced systems often encounter.

#4 .060 wall holow tubing mounts, all drilled, clipped, and safety wired, and tig welded. (All our systems come this way)
Mid mount is gusseted for extra strength.
for the catback, we feature an anti reversion "dual step" in our transition. This is less important with a forced induction environment, but we feel its worth the extra effort to provide the best results.
Every weld on our systems is Tig. We cut NO corners anywhere. "Exhausts as art". Hope you guys enjoy the pics.

A6's too!

Default Re: What do you have for the A6 2.7T?

I checked out your website, but nothing was mentioned about the A6. Anything in the works? Thanks.

Default Custom IS custom. We prefer specialization versus ordinary "production"

You tell us what you want, we will build it to your specs.

single, dual, round, oval,.... 1,2,4 tips, CATs, mufflers, DPs

Stainless, Iconel, Titanium.

at your disposal....

;-)

Default Nice to see that concern for quality craftsmanship hasn't escaped everyone!

I remember unwrapping a nickel-plated SuperSprint header and exhaust system for a 16V GTI that was almost too beautiful to put under the car.

My only concern with your fabrication could be too-much weight, but the sound would no doubt be improved by the wall thickness.

Past experience with aftermarket exhausts isn't that they rot out, but rather that the baffles work loose and rattle.
