Installed Pix of Milltek 2002 A6 Exhaust * Dirty Car Warning!!!*
Here is my first attempt at posting pictures on AW.
I am extremely happy with the system. Per my earlier posting, it has an excellent tone, inside and outside the car, and offers a nice improvement in performance and cosmetics too!
I'll post some comparative data logs for O.CT K-04/Stock vs O.CT K-04/Milltek this weekend some time.
Here is the exhaust system picture from the Stratmosphere site.

Here is a rear view of my car with the system installed (Dirty, I know...). The tips fill out the valence openings quite nicely, I think!

Here is another view. The angle of the tip end matches the stock pipe.

2002 valence update was a nice improvement IMHO
Thanks!
I like the "through valence" look, and always felt that the stock tips looked a bit lost in the valence openings!
Also, I ran some logs - compared to stock it looks like I'm getting between 7 and 8% more flow (temp corrected, of course) with the Milltek than with the stock system. Have you done any before/after tests with your system? I'd be curious to hear your results.
I did my stock-system tests at 10-15 degrees and for the Milltek it was 40+, so I corrected for air density difference in my calcs. Coarse, but probably OK first order correction.
I want to double check my assumptions before posting any detailed data, but from the initial look it seems that the Milltek delivers exactly as promised!

Re: Nice! 2.7T only or will it fit 4.2 and/or 3.0?
I believe each model/engine has unique exhaust requirements but I'm not completely sure.
I suggest you call Bob or Pete at Stratmosphere to get more info on latest fitments from Milltek.
The applications page on the Milltek site does not yet show my system, FYI.

http://www.milltek.co.uk/applications.html</a
