Default stearing wheel memory fixed!!!!!!!

I've had a problem with a 4.2 A6 not retrating the stearing wheel when the customer gets into the car - after hours of trying to make it not work, and techs telling me it was the customer's own actions, it finally failed for a tech and he spent hours on the tech line at AoA to find that the #2 pin in the wiring harness to the stearing wheel was partially open at times - So far so good - the car is now 100%

Default Electrical failures usually happen at connections

I am very interested to see if it was actually the problem. Time will tell.

Make sure you note the weather conditions at the time of it not working and if the car was operated for a period of time or not.

I'm glad you fixed it!

the harness was not bad, however the connector created a semi-open circuit
