He came after Brooklyn2.7T posted (10/3/02), which was already in FAQ....

I just post 'em when I see 'em (especially if they are comprehensive "how to" articles or have key links, including elsewhere in the thread).
The A6 links page makes no attempt to give credit (or blame), but just provides another way to find the most useful writeups easily. If someone does a more comprehensive version, I sometimes even remove an older one as redundant. If I notice.

I must've gone to bed early that night. Great writeup. BTW, what are those wheels called?....
... I saw the wheels today on an A8 at Anderson Behel. Owner said "ABT" I think. These are one of my favorite aftermarket ones. They look like a cross between the smaller 2.7T non-sport wheels and the S-car wheels, at least the S8 which (IIRC) have that notch in each spoke.
Do you have a post describing them (price, weight) that I can add to the FAQ while I'm at it?

the Audi molded mud flaps would help there
Dont know if you dig those or not. I notice noone here has em on their cars. But I was thinking of getting em to protect the sides of my car too.
I would prefer to see what they look like before I put em on, though, ya know?

I like the wheels. I especially like the very low PSK setup I seem to have - even the dealer thinks it is aftermarket - it's not.
