Vibration - AGAIN!

Vibration - AGAIN!
Brief Summary - Took delivery of new 4.2(sport wheels w/continentals) at end of June. Complained about vibration in steering wheel at about 45 mph - dealer rebalanced - returned again - swapped tires with another 4.2 - Still had Vibration at 45 +/- MPH
Took car on my own to Hunter 9700 machine. Helped for about a week and vibration returned.
Deceided to replace Continentals with Michelin Pilot Sport AS. Balanced on Hunter 9700. Initially no vibration - everything smooth.
Three weeks later, totay, vibration has returned.
This is getting expensive and frustrating.
Dealer, although trying hard, has no clue. They say they can't duplicate problem.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
