Default Looking for an attractive switch to mount in car

I'd like to mount a switch to enable/disable the steering boost as described in the tech section. Has anyone found a good looking switch that doesn't look too out of place in the interior?

Default if you don't find your switch at RadioShack check out www.digikey.com

they've got hundreds of switches of all shapes and rating. just search for switches.

http://www.digikey.com</a

Default Can buy a dash switch, and use a relay (dash switch is momentary).

I have an unused button location with a blank in it, next to the rear sunshade and the ESP switches. I bought a spare shade switch to fit there. Haven't installed it yet....

A latching relay would use the first on-off push of the momentary switch to disconnect the power to the servotronic, and a second on-off push to reconnect it. I myself would use a normally closed latching relay setup (since I would rarely turn off the servotronic).

See: https://forums.audiworld.com/audio/msgs/20850.phtml for some sources, and/or consult this PDF for how to do it with Bosch relays: http://www.netwiz.net/~jds/files/bosch.pdf.

Good location, out of sight, and looks better than I'd have thought.
