I planned on installing the Eibach pro-system on my wifes 02 2.7T but just found out from Eibach that the dampers won't fit an 02. After having driven my new 4.2 w/PSK for the past month her car feels a bit sloppy. Anyone know if and when Eibach plans to sell a damper for the 02? The person I spoke with at Eibach was not at all helpful. Tire Rack claims to sell the dampers for the 02 but beware they won't fit.

Few of the performance pad suppiers realize the front pads are different on the '02. And no-one seems to have them yet. :-(

after I had called Shox.com. They told me they had Eibach dampners for 01 A6 2.7T but that they could only be used on cars with a build date prior to Nov 2000. I called Eibach they confirmed that there is a difference for cars built after Nov 2000. Mine is an 01 built in April 01. He told me they would not have any for about two months and that they come from Germany. So I believe they "will" have dampners for the 02 and late build 01's soon, according to Eibach.
