Default Auto body shops in South Bay Area, CA? Experiences?Recommendations?
Just got rear-ended today. Looks like the bumper
cover needs replacing at least. Any Auto Body
Shop suggestions are appreciated. By the way, I
have a 2000 A6 2.7t and was hit by a Chrysler
Mini-Van.

Here are names of a few recommended shops. Try a search of Audiworld forums (and <a href="http://www.ba-audi.org">ba-audi archives</a> which is offline right now) using the following names, to get more info about them:

German Auto Body (not cheap, but recommended)
The Works Auto Body in Santa Clara (mixed results)
Los Gatos Auto Body on University
Sunnyvale Auto Body (right next to 101 and Mathilda)
Cal West automotive
Brooks Motor Cars in Oakland
Shop behind Carlsen in Palo Alto (Carlsen (650) 856-6300)

Default German Auto Body did a nice job on my front-end after I bumped it.
You gotta ride 'em sometimes, but they do good work and were recommnded by Anderson Behel. (Stevens Creek Audi).
