Default Anybody here has a Bentley manual?

I need a picture of the repeater light (the litle light between fender and the front door). If you have it, whould you please make a snapshot of the Bentley page and post it here. Thanks.

Default Are you looking for a diagram of the part alone? for the back side of it? Or installed?

This is the so-called side marker, yes? I take it you are looking for something that a photo (plenty of those) doesn't give you?

Default Isn't that why you buy the Bentley manuals?

To get the diagrams?

Default I have the manual, but hesitated to help because you are so cryptic about what you need....

... which can lead to a lot of wasted effort. Also I don't have a decent PC handy, so it takes some effort.

If all you are doing is removing and installing it, this is easy as pie. Slightly different method depending on whether you have 2002 or prior.

Default Sidemarker removal and installation instructions with pics.

The front of car is to the left. Pictured is one of my tinted markers. My car is a 2001 A6 2.7T.

<img src="http://home.ix.netcom.com/~drhaller/Audi/repeater/starting.JPG">

Gently push a thin plastic wallet card from the front towards the back of the car between the fender and the light housing. The light housing should eventually pop out of the slot. The car should be clean of course.

This is what it looks like hanging.

Grab hold of the black rubber moisture seal and pull the lens assembly off. Reinstall your new lens and gently press the whole unit back into the fender.

This is the packaging that my tinted markers came in (with an original side marker):

Manufactuer: "In.Pro"
Part: "Graue Seitenblinker"
Art.-Nr.: 43083

<img src="http://home.ix.netcom.com/~drhaller/Audi/repeater/Packaging.jpg">

I bought them <a href="http://importvision.com/PickAccessories.php?PartMake=Audi">here</a>. Part number "IV43083" by the looks of their new webpage design. I payed with PayPal, no fuss, no muss.
