Default A6 Drives 0wn

What a morning/afternoon of fun! It wouldn't be an Audi drive without pissed off cyclists, Finman running angry tree huggers off the road, and Stoney driving us into the far reaches of the state. You just can't beat the smell of hot brakes wafting through the mountain air. April of course was there, showing us that Audi isn't the only fine car company.

Oh, and our Arch-nemisis, Mr. Pissed-Off Ranger made an appearance!

I wish I hadn't left my CF card at home, else I'd be uploading pictures.

Larry, what's your EXCUSE? allroadguy even came out, trailing empty bottles of Nyquil and kleenex. He almost lost a lung in a fit of coughing.

(OK, so I'm exaggerating slightly, but it still was a good time! hehe). I'm running out of material, so I can't come up with more for the other folks that showed up too.

Default That was fun!

It was nice putting faces to names of people here on the board.

I learned that the S6 handles really well and Servotronic is evil in twisties.

(The dog was happy to see us since we had left him in the house and figured that we should let him out, hence why we left after lunch)

Thanks Stoney! (I'll post some of my pictures as well...)

Default I had lots of fun, my daughter enjoyed it too...

no pics, forgot camera at home.

40mph average with 18.2mpg (this amazes me). I drove a total 122 miles from the meeting spot back home.

Default You're welcome!

It's nice to see that spouses & kids come along on these drives. ( This was my wife's first Audi drive experience.)
