Why do the 2009 A6 looks so high on their wheels with such ugly wheel gap as compared to the 05-08 ?

Default Why do the 2009 A6 looks so high on their wheels with such ugly wheel gap as compared to the 05-08 ?
Seriously, I look at the side profile of the car from the distance and it looks downright crappy with the SUV like suspension. Theres no need to keep a CAR that high! I look at the 04-08 models and they look perfectly fine. What gives?

My '08 came without the sports suspension.. trust me, it looked like an Allroad.
