Unknown plastic cover

Found a plastic cover in my trunk a while back and have no idea where it goes.

Part number: 8E0 867 621 - 10

Any ideas? I have ETKA but nothing is coming up when I search for that part number.

Looks like a cover for a module. Maybe the antenna module? or steering wheel module?
