Thinking about the Spare Tire
Hello All:
It's time to get new tires. I have a perfectly-new tire on the spare (gotta love that full-sized wheel!)...but I'm not getting the same tires this go around.
So I'd like to get the opinions of the group - keep the existing spare, or buy 5 instead of 4, and have brand-new reserve rubber in the trunk?
Thanks for your input!
Richard

If you were to keep the same tires you currently have I would buy three and keep the best one currently on the car as the spare. I live in MN and I have no problems with my Continentals in the snow.
In a different brand is what you are going with I would not replace the spare.

Thanks Everyone!
Thanks all for your input. I'm going to keep the current Conti Pro Contact spare as the spare, and go with the Conti Extreme Contact DWS as new tires. Cheers.
