Default So long A6, you will be missed

picked up this little number while working on the wife's replacement Q5:

<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/snwdrft/5200767732/"><img src="http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5010/5200767732_4e2a41e31c_z.jpg" alt="LittleRed-November 23, 2010-00-33-34-017" /></a>

<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/snwdrft/5200205673/"><img src="http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5049/5200205673_df30113065_z.jpg" alt="LittleRed-November 23, 2010-00-38-35-024" /></a>

specs:
CPO 2010 A4 2.0t Avant tip 18k miles
Misano Red Pearl over black s-line interior
6 speed tip
Prestige
ADS
s-line
adaptive cruise
driver side assist
rear shades
rear side airbags

the car is fantastic to start with, but the upgrade potential is huge, starting with ECU in the spring with an eye towards the APR S3/K04 + APR Turbo-back Exhaust eventually. I like the 8-speed tranny fine from having it in the Q5, but I know the 6-speed is bullet-proof for future power upgrades.

tons of vag-com mods already performed

I'll be posting up my A6's Yakima roof rack for sale shortly, but hit me up via email if you're interested.

p.s. there's a 2011 a4 s-line avant in Monza silver at the dealer that's just gorgeous. the a5 in the same color looks pretty hot too.

Pierreb, thanks for providing all of the C6 information over the years. Your posts have helped me, as I'm sure most others here, update my MMI flawlessly on my '06 A6 Avant. But I am sure that you will continue your contributions over on the A4 forum. Thanks again!

That APR tuning gets the car up to +300 HP and TQ.

Those are S4 #s..

So... will that make your car sort of a "S4 Avant-lite"?

Love the S4, wish it came in Avant...

Got any other pics? I'm still trying to decide on a color. I've never owned a red car and the Avant wears it well.

Is Misano Red a little orange-y?
