shock question
I have a 2007 A6 3.2 with 83k miles. I noticed on certain roads when there are small undulations in the road I feel them through the steering wheel. It is not a vibration it is like I can feel every ripple in the road. Car has 18" wheels btw. I have owned car 8 years and not sure if I am noticing something new or this happened all along. My wife has an X3 also with 18's on it with same miles and it is rock solid on the same road. Other than that the car rides great. Is it times for shocks, is it something else, or is this normal....

at 8 years and 80k, they have to at least be worn, if not worn out.
Some here like the Koni FSDs for a straight no mod replacement of OEM.
I personally have not done this yet, but would likely go with FSDs when it is time.....
