Thank you very much for the photo's!! Ans the quick reply....

I tested my MMI settings with VDCS cable and the BT was on 0 (so off). Maybe because i had earlier done a factory reset of the BT?. So I set it back on 1. And checked also all the other values you send me, all are the same at my car.

But still no luck, I can't see the car BT point on my smartphone. Maybe I forget something or do I have to do some other checks/things?
Thanks in advance!

This is the part of the check on VDCS concerning the phone sections:

You never mentioned that you have DTC. That should be first information to share while asking for help, shouldn't it?
If you can access Module 77 and change the settings, then module is ok and it's not bricked.
Delete all paired devices on MMI.
Lock, unlock, start the car and try to connect (you can't pair BT for the first time if car was resting unlocked for certain period of time (in sleep mode)).
Can't do more to help you, especially while you hawing gateway/communication issues on your car, sry.

Where is actually the BT module located in the car? I saw on a forumpost it's under the carpet on the drivers side, is that correct?

Want to check the connectors and cables otherwise....

It’s not under the driver’s side; it’s under the leftside, which is the passenger side in the UK!

Yes, that was my confusion. I have the BT module on the left side, which is the driversside in my Dutch car.

All cables are seem to be connected well. I don't see the Handyverb2 module in the update list of the MMI, just an code 0X1003 if I am right.
Other modules are named correctly, only the BT not.

If I look in the params, there is no HW index found, I pressume that's not a good sign, right?

Apologies for assuming you were in the UK!
Not sure what you mean by "the update list of the MMI" or by "If I look in the params" but the BT module may be faulty.
Your VCDS scan earlier only shows 5 lines for the 77 unit, what happened to the rest of the log?

I meaned the red overview list op installed components, like the Denon and NAV and so on.
I see only a code and not the name Handyverb2 in that list.

In the logfile of VCDS I have no more information about the 77 telephone.
So no Component #, Coding # and HW: xxxxxx

Maybe the unit is bricked? Or there is a mismatch between MMI version and software version of the BT?
I can access the BT module in VCDS and set the BT at 1. So there is some communication possible I guess?

So just this code: Address 77: Telephone Labels: 4E0-910-336.lbl
Part No: 4E0 910 336 K
Shop #: WSC 00000 000 00000

Now I have even more problems: The audio/volume button - on-off no longer works. There will also no longer be a speaker icon on the MMI. Tried an update, but it says the IDC1 is not responding. What actually is the IDC1 and what can I do to solve it? Thank you in advance!
