Parking brake malfunction
I am getting a "parking brake malfunction" warning light. It started within a few days of having my tires rotated and balanced. Anyone had this warning? Is it possibly related to the tire work?
I'm hoping this isn't too expensive as my car literally went out of warranty last month!

Kev, I could use the TSB as well. I'm nearing the end of a 3 month MMI nightmare and now I've got the parking brake warning light as well. I'm confident that my mew MMI module has not been updated because the dealer is concerned that he might fry the thing if he updates (he told me this happens 20% of the time).
I've got an 05 A6 4.2 if that matters.
