Oyster Gray - Question
My wife and I were at the local Audi dealership to decide on color and were considering Oyster Gray. While do so though, we noticed that when the door was open and the sun hit the paint on the inside of the door, the color showed purple.
Has anyone with this color noticed this.

Yes. That is the nature of Oyster Gray. It looks purple in certain light conditions.
At dusk in particular I've seen a few that look very purple.

Yes it does...and I love it!
The color changes depending on whether it is in the light or dark...it is a very unique color, I haven't seen it on any other cars. It also hides dirt fairly nicely as its not as dark as Black, though not as nicely as light gray.

Re: Oyster Gray - Question
it's personal really. I love this colour and yes, it looks purple at certain time and angle. Coming from atlas grey before the only problem is that dirt and dust shows up more readily now.
