Weird. My father has the same setup on his 2010 Q7 and it skips tracks as far as I know. That's a 3G MMI setup though...

That's the EXACT same shift lever I installed a few months back

I had some small issues getting it to fit right, but solved them fairly easily. Remember NOT to remove the Red plastic unit EVERYTHING IS SEATED WELL.
