I just did the 65k maintenance on my 2008 A6 at a local mechanic but they did not remove the Maintenance Due Reminder and now i see it every time I turn on the car.
I have tried everything i found online but nothing works... any suggestions??

Go buy a vcds cable also known as a vag com to reset the reminder. Also any shop that you serviced your audi at which doesn't have one really isn't a shop I would frequent since by not having one they clearly don't do a lot of audi work.

Do get the official cable go to the Ross tech site. Good luck
