The whole big rectangular box you see under the hood has 2 parts to it: The ABS electronics control and the mechanical solenoids. I replaced the whole thing all together.

I started to have this problem as well. I haven't done anything to the car and it came up out of nowhere.
My car currently has 107k mi...time for a new (used) one???
