Sounds normal.. Mine sounds like that also.
I guess others can chime in if I'm wrong.

I do not think it sounds normal. Consult a garage.

You're hearing the direct injections injectors. They're noticeably louder than normal injectors due to the far higher pressures of the fuel they're metering. Normal.

I think the sound is new . The oil level was at the minimum limit, and light dashboard came same day, so I shifted the oil +filter today and much better , hopefully that was the reason

may have been the lifters being somewhat oil starved...since as you mentioned once you changed the oil and put the required amount into the engine, things got better

If the lifters were oil starved then so was the rest of the engine and bad things will start to happen. That should not be the case when the oil low light comes on. On the other hand if the RED low oil pressure light came on that is a different story.

It could be timing chain tensioners going out

It was only the oil level, not pressure)
But is the noise not normally at the clip ? Some say tensions if right side, some say it sounds normally

I have the same noise at idle after I changed oil to 5w40 version (i guess thinner one). My mechanic said these are the older lifters and this in normal for 144K mi. motor. aparently at idle to oil preasure is lower and it makes the old lifter to make noice. it is going away at higher RPMs when the oil pump gives more pressure.
he told me that as long as oil level is ok to leave the motor alone - it will be just fine and I should focus on other parts of my life.
