The car is idling really rough now. It sounds more like a truck more than anything. Can't run at all as RPM stays around 1000rpm and has a very hard time getting up.

Not to be a dick, but it looks like all those codes were set 10-6-04 to 10-7-04? You should clear them and check again. Coils warrantied?

You are not beging a dick.

BlueSander,
No check engine light?

Not being toward only you, but can people delete all those modules that didn't have fault code before posting a Vag log?

Sorry guys, I has been working 4 hrs straight on the car after work hence I just pasted and post. The date & time is off because I cleared all to see which one poped up again and didn't reset the time back to current time yet.

So what you are saying is that these codes are current.

Main problems are two camshaft position sensors that causes all the misfires.

Intake manifold tuning valve is a problem, but it is not cause of misfires. The valve is what I called "intake runner flap actuator" in this thread. Bank one is on right (passenger)side, and the actuator is in the front uder the front engine cover.

Main faults to fis first:

18502 - Intake Manifold Tuning Valve (Bank 1)

Please make sure the time/date is set in your vehicle correctly. If you pull the battery, always set the time/date right after or your DTC's will have the incorrect date stamped to them. making it confusing to timeline the DTCs as they are stored.

As for the 9 engine DTC's, I would erase them, then restart the engine again to reproduce the issue and scan for DTC's again to see what comes up first. Most DTC's can stack themselves based off one single problem. By running the vehicle for a longer period, the other DTC's will get stored, but really have nothing to do with whats actually the problem. Thats why you always look at the time and date of each DTC to see what's being triggered first.

What I don't like are those Camshaft position sensor faults. If you clear them and restart to the engine cold and they come up back by the time the engine is warm, I would look into the sensors or engine timing. If the engine timing is truly off, you will get misfires.

Audi bug,
thanks for the input. The car can't be driven now. The engine shakes and make weird not (not cylinder noise but something from right the top portion under the engine cover). It looses so much power that the car would drive in 1st gear always unless you manually shift to 2nd gear and it goes from there but still can't be driven fast.
I actually have seen those camshaft codes before on this car. It made loud noise when the engine cold start and gone after awhile. Dealer suggested that it's the mechanical part that move the camshaft isn't working well. I didn't take that at all. I followed one of the TSB for the very same problem and they suggested to clean the positioning pistons (4 small things that plugged into the engine to shift the camshaft). I found one on bank 1 was stucked with a piece of super tiny metal. I went on and replace all 4 on the engine. The noise didn't completely go away. The car still makes that noise occassionally when the weather is extremely cold outside. Warm day it's fine. I think it's something with the flow of oil.

I left the car at Audi dealer and they called last night saying they have no idea but the chain is loose so it could be a cause (or coincidence as they said). I called back today and they said they think it's the cause and quoted me 11k to replace the chain. I don't take that a bit! I'm taking the car home and play with it. The car itself isn't worth that much trading in either.

What's your opinion on this?
Thanks

Hi
I would suggest to you to check cylinder1,2,3 compression and compare it to cylinder 4,5,6.
If low then bank 1 is out of timing
