Best Place In SoCal Audi Warranty Work
Folks,
I know in Socal there are a lot of Audi dealers, but a few of them are better at doing warranty work than others. Do you have a preferred Audi service center that is more flexible in doing warranty work?
I am thinking about making a claim on my MMI screen because the anti glare coating is failing.

Don't go to Commonwealth
Unless they find a trouble code, they'll just tell you the problem doesn't exist. And at best, you will get a Toyota Corolla for a loaner.
Audi Mission Viejo has been very good to me and they are genuine about WANTING to fix your car. They also have Audis as their loaner cars.

Ooh, I bought my 07 A6 @ Commonwealth
Mission Viejo did not have the color and option packages I wanted. I do have to say that Commonwealth did give me a relatively decent year end model deal on my car.

Re: Will MV Audi provide service loaner even if I did not buy there?
I didnt buy mine there and I have had several loaners out of that place. I have only been offered a loaner once, the other tiems I had to ask, but it wasnt a problem. they are good guys there.

Well I think they have changed owners and the service is. . .
Very good if it is a new car purchased from them.
I give Commonwealth a thumbs up.

Andy
