Audi USA has European Delivery details

Well, I read 3 pages of the bimmerfest ED forum + stickies and no mention of up-front VAT...
conclusive enough for me...Audi's program isn't as attractive from this viewpoint.

You don't seem to be as tight about yours as us though ;-)
It's the principle of the thing. Why should I give Audi a free 90-day loan I don't have to give their competition up the road? And it's not pocket change for most of us...you get my point.
As currently written, if I were to take advantage of an ED program, it wouldn't be Audi's. Hopefully this is changed by the time my next car purchase comes, because I think it's a really cool idea.
I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I visited my dealer & the manager didn't have a clue about ED
He didn't even know the program was announced and didn't know any details.
Anyway, I asked him about the S6. He has sold two via special order, but doesn't expect to get any in for inventory this year. So much for checking out the sport seats, let alone a test drive.

If I was planning to visit Europe anyway, and I wanted another Audi, this wouldn't sway
me to get a BMW or Mercedes. You loan Audi the money for 90 days, but you end up keeping the car far longer;-)
