I need your help with a project...
I'm writing a creative brief for an advertisement and i need the following info about people of mixed gender/ethnicity who are married, live in a city in the north east U.S., own their condo/co-op/house, make $65k-100k a year, and are age 30-45.

How important is it to be able to speak to someone in person when shopping for car insurance rates (over the phone)?
How important is it to you to be able to speak to someone in person when making a car insurance claim (over the phone)?
