Has any one encountered an issue where you can not import any audio files via an Iphone 4s or the cd\dvd player? When i hit import files; the CDs and or Iphone shows up but are greyed out and i can not select them. First time I am playing with the Jukebox, so not sure if i am doing something wrong.

I'm pretty sure that it's not possible to import audio/video files directly from an AMI connected iPhone/iPod to the Jukebox. If you have an SD card slot or an AMI/USB cable connected to a USB device (i.e. a thumb drive), those are the best ways to import. You can also use a CD/DVD-ROM if your model supports them.
