How to remove rear door bottom speaker cover?

How to remove rear door bottom speaker cover?
The largest speaker cover rear doors have, bottom ones. How can you replace it, i have left side cracked and got a new cover bought. Do i have to remove the door panel to do it or it comes out just by pulling it?

panel has to come off..speaker grill is kind of glued/melted to panel...
think there was someone here who changed it...see if i find the thread..
