Default Seriously. Somebody Help.. Temp Sensor Question

Ok Listen, I have a 2005 Audi A6/C6 3.2L. I am trying to change my coolant temp sensor. I cannot locate it for the life of me and reading all these post have confused me. Im hearing theres a blue and a green one?!? Heres what I purchased.

Now the issue is, I located what seems to be the coolant temp sensor, however Im hearing that there are two. I dont want to remove the wrong one and waste my time. But the one i located is pointed out in the picture.

SOOO.. Am I in the right place? for the 4-pin Green Coolant Temp Sensor? Please Help.

What you are pointing at looks like it only has two wires. Remove the connector and check. I looked in the parts catalog and the part you are point at is listed as 06A919501 2-pin temperature sender. I am unable to locate a 4-pin temperature sender on the 3.2. Do you know the Audi part number of the sender you purchased?

Hmm. I am not positive, but my guess is that this is the wrong part. You probably should return it and purchase from an Audi dealer such as genuineaudiparts.com. This part is only $25 and if you give them your VIN and tell them what you want you will be sure to get the correct part.

Yeah, I think your right about me having the wrong part. I figured i could buy it quick and install it quick, guess i'll have to swing by the Audi dealership or order from the site you suggested.

Thanks alot for answering.
