ok i hate to be the noob, BUT, these motors are so damn quiet and this is my first from the factory turbo so i dont know what to listen for, on all my other cars the open DP made it VERY VERY easy to listen to the turbbo and know whats going on, now i dont know..... at highway speed slight throttle makes a ver high pitch ringing,wurring sound(any of you that have tinnutus or get that ringing in your ears, thats what the sound is like) it goes away if i let off the pedal or if i slam it down to the floor, also when i floor it, at 4-5K rpm + i get a rattling noise, although it may be something in the cabin? just want to check these things out as im going on a long *** trip soon, also just recently changed oil, put in rotella syn 5w-40

If you have to ask, your turbos are not "going bad".

just would like to bump for someone with a clip of bad turbos. car sounds weird when i rev it now, like it dosent sound smooth almost sounds like its missing, but no missfires. i dunno its weird like the engine noise is modulating
