Default Well, I'm officially a former Audi owner

I just traded my baby in on a 2005 Pontiac GTO with a 400 hp 6 liter LS2 V8 and 6spd manual transmission only 10,201 miles on it.

I'm going to miss my Audi, but at 94,000 miles it needed full suspension redone and had developed cosmetic issues. As well as the fact it was an automatic and I found out I couldn't upgrade the turbo's to stage 3. So thanks for all of the good advice, and I may be back again if Audi ever makes a turbocharged vehicle again, otherwise a 335i or 135i will be in my future.

Default A friend has the exact same car...

He sold his Audi 200 and bought the goat back in February. That thing is a monster, but damn fun and surprisingly nice for cruising on the highways.
Good luck with it, and speed safely.

PS - The 1st to 4th skip-shift function was weird, never figured it out the hour I drove it around. :P
PPS - Holy small trunk! I was told GM had to move the fuel tank from underneath into the truck to meet US collision safety standards. Sux.

Default That car will get you in trouble :P

Hope you have a good radar detector. Congratulation! Very intimidating in black.

A 6.0 V8, I'm going to estimate you'll get about 10 to 12 mpg city and you'll go thru a set of rear tires pretty quick

I've always wanted something in the 400hp+ range. I've been scoping 2003+ Benz E55s for a few years. I don't think I could stop grinning if I had one.

Maybe he didn't want to spend the extra bux to also upgrade his transmission?

He said that the turbos used in '03's are not the same as ones used in previous years.

Default might have been a lack of ECU programming available...
