Default Transmission ID and proper fluid type...I"m confused

I have a 2000 Audi A6 2.7t with the TIP transmission. I am about to do a fluid transmision change. The guy @ the autozone says my Audi takes Dex 3, yet I have heard others say OEM Audi or Pentosin. How can I find out which transmission I have so I can use the proper fluid?

I"m confused

This video says
A ZF 5HP 19 and 24 to use ZF lifeguard fluid 5
a ZF 5ph 18 with a black tag use Dex 3, a green tag use Life guard fluid 5
A ZF 5HP 30 with a black tag, use LA 2634

Default

The only ZF auto tip trans that was used in North American C5 2.7t from 2000 to 2003 was the 5HP19FLA with a EMP or FAQ code, the fluid should be
G052 162 A2 or an equivalent type.

Just about every AudiWorld part vendor has product information guides on required fluids.
