Default unidentifiable module
Not sure if my pic uploaded but there is a module under the drivers side dash and I am not sure what it is. Some one had a wire bypassed and a toggle switch attached. Any help would be appreciated

Will do. Has a p/n 136-1820. Did a search but nothing showed up that resembles it, and don't have a factory manual.

can you elaborate on the wiring which is attached to the device? That will allow us to hopefully shed more light. Also, are there any other markings/Ids on the other side of the device?

Ok it appears you have an AudioVox PRO9175FT4 Remote Start and Keyless Entry System installed.

I'll try to trace them out. But there are no other markings on it. It does have 2 adjustable switches on it.

Those are the numbers. Is that a factory installed item, or aftermarket

aftermarket. do you have the fob for the aftermarket, since it can do remote start.
