Tuning a 2.8L C5

Yeah sell it and get the 2.7t, basically its the same engine as the 2.8 just different crankshaft and 2 turbos unlimited amount of mods on that engine, or just buy a 4.2 and keep it stock.

Unless you want to invest a couple grand into Super Charger, just keep it stock and looking good.

Same motor aside from the block mods, different crank, different pistons, different connecting rods, different lubrication system, different heads, turbos etc :-)
Truth is it makes much more sense to a) leave it alone or b) sell it and get a 2.7t

Just kidding. OP, it's really not worth spending any money to "improve" performance. Your money is better spent making sure all the maintenance is up to date. Make sure the spark plugs, air filter, etc are all recently replaced, and if you have any DTCs stored in the ECU, particularly if you have a check engine light, make the necessary repairs. You'll probably get a greater increase in performance by doing this. (getting the engine running like it's intended to)

Hey thanks yeah I think I will save my money for possible the supercharger i was looking into that last year when i first got it but now i'm thinking I will get it my car only has 75k miles so it's gonna last me awhile so why not go big with the supercharger. Does software come with the supercharger so it won't fry the motor?
