For those of you that know me7logger and ecuxplot...
I pulled my first log today with me7logger and I am amazed at the amount of data that can be recorded. Very interesting when needing to troubleshoot.
So I tried a 2nd gear pull and a 3rd gear pull from about 2k to redline, and I am seeing some odd results. First, I didn't think that k03's would spike at over 22psi...the graph shows a spike that high at about 3200 rpm. Second, until about 4500 rpm the graph shows actual boost is all over the place but requested is seemingly where it should be??
For those of you familiar with this, can you tell me what I might be doing wrong...or is this output expected?

I don't have experience with the charts and KO3s, but the shape of the actual vs demand is indicative of an underdamped control system. Boost demand seems pretty stable indicative of N75 valve keeping signal bleed to the wastegate controller uniform therefore something else is spiking manifold pressure. Perhaps a sticking waste gate(s)? Leaking hose from manifold to pressure sensor? Leaking hose to wastegate controller?

Leaky wastegate like Above said .....or could be n75......... Test n75 by switching it with a good one if you know anyone then that will tell you if it's your wastegate or n75 .....

The tuner I am working with said he corrected the problem. Still confused about how he could correct that with tuning especially when the actual should follow what the requested from the n75 is telling the wastegates to do. He said that oscillation is what caused my p1555 too. I won't know if his corrections to the code actaully changed the oscillation until I get time to flash it and log again. Keeping my fingers crossed.
EDIT..btw, does anyone have an idea of what the max boost K03's can reliably put out?

Got my revised tune back tonight. Flashed it and went out for a drive...sure enough, it was the tune. Once modified, the problem no longer occurs. Very smooth shifting. I will produce another log this weekend and see what the graphical differences are.
