Default check steering rack botls under the battery tray first...

then inner and outer TRE's...

if there is play in the upper right wheel it could be the outer TRE, or it could be a busted CA bushing...

Default jack the car up. grab wheel at 10 and 2 and shake it.

you should be able to hear/see where the "play" is. thats what is clunking. i would guess its one of the 2 upper CA's, or the TRE. when you shake the wheel you will be able to tell which one it is

TRE= tie rod end.

Tie Rod End. Control Arm bushing. Or does that not help?

Get a second opinion. It's usually a tie rod.

Default Potentially easier method (no jacking)...
