Steering wheel vibrating bad, car doesn't shake much though. 2004 3.0q
Wheels were balanced, but no change..
The steering wheels vibrates crazy, but car doesnt shake much at all.. what gives?

Still sounds like balance, but could be a bent rim or an OOR tire
Most shops seem incapable of getting balance right, and these cars are fuzzy.
Shake normally comes from the rear - or from a badly bent rim.
I still suspect a balance issue. Next watch the rim/tire assembly spin and look for runout, either way ( radial or axial)

They are aftermarket wheels, with hubcentric rings.
I will go get them balanced again.
