got all the bolts off, but we cant get the assem out from the car

any tips, suggestions?

AudiForYou's 2.7T

Remove the bolt connecting the upper control arm and the wheel bearing assembly. That will allow you to push the wheel bearing assembly down a bit and get the strut assembly out.

My recomendations:
1. Remove bolt #5 - sway bar to sway bar link
2. Remove brake caliper to caliper bracket bolts
3. Take caliper off bracket, let it hang
4. Remove the parking brake cable retainer nuts (2) from the front of the lower control arm
5. Remove ecentric bolt #22 - outer lower control arm to upright. MARK this bolt's position before removing!. Mark the washer on the bolt side, not the nut side. Put a corresponding mark on the control arm. You'll need to line these up when tou re-install.
6. You can now push the lower control arm down enough to slide the shock assembly down and to the outside of the control arm.

Disconnect tie rod at the outer side.
Unbolt the strut assembly wheel well.
Unbolt strut assembly from lower control arm.
Unbolt caliper (including bracket) from wheel bearing housing.
Remove rotor.
Remove rotor shield.
Unbolt the upper control arm from wheel bearing housing.
Have someone pull down on wheel bearing while you get the bottom of the strut assembly out first, then slide the whole thing down.

By the way, this method does it without removing any eccentric bolts, thus keeping the alignment.
